2. Services Rendered

SMM Orange is an automated social media marketing (SMM) provider. We provide promotional services for various social media platforms. You agree that you will only use SMM Orange in a manner that complies with all agreements made with Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, Twitter, and any other social media site on their individual Terms of Service pages.

We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered.
We do not guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.
You will not upload anything into the SMM Orange site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the respective social media communities.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy (CRITICAL)

All services rendered and all funds deposited into your SMM Orange account are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once funds are added to your wallet, they cannot be reversed or refunded to your bank account, UPI, or credit card under any circumstances.
If your account is banned or suspended for violating our terms, your remaining balance will be forfeited.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been placed in our system. You must ensure you input the correct URL before placing an order.
If an order is partially delivered or fails to start, the remaining amount will automatically be refunded back to your SMM Orange wallet, NOT your payment gateway.

4. Account Liabilities

SMM Orange is not liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or Other Social Media platforms. You use our services entirely at your own risk.
